Returns Policy


Q. When will my item ship?

A. All jewelry and accessories require a 1 week processing time, while vintage items require a 1-5 business day (Monday - Friday) shipping time. If you need your item sooner or by a certain date please contact us!

Q. My order is shipped! How long will it take to reach me?

A. U.S orders usually take 3-7 days. If you are outside the U.S. it can take up to 4 weeks or longer.

Q. My item says delivered but I didn't get it! What should I do?

A. Unfortunately, once tracking says delivered there is nothing more we can do. Please contact your local post office.

Q. There is an issue with my order! What should I do?

A. Please contact us at shopbushwillows@gmail.com within 1 week of recieving your order. We will do our utmost best to resolve the problem!

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Unfortunatly no. All sales are final. If you are unsure about a particular item, please contact us before purchasing.

Q. I am outside the U.S. and have to pay a custom fee. Do I get a reimburstment?

A. Bushwillows is not responsible for custom fees any country charges. We implore you to do research on any additional fees your country has, including taxes on jewelry, import tax, and VAT.

Q. I accidentally put in the wrong address! Can you send me a replacement?

A. Unfortunatly, it is not Bushwillow's responsibility that the incorrect or incomplete information was entered and it is sent to the wrong address. If your package is already sent and not caught in time, a refund will only be issued if the item is returned.
